    Excellent customer service and work. Needed the vehicle for the weekend and they were able to order parts and schedule us for large repair working around our schedule. Kept in contact with us about problems they found and recommended repairs with our budget in mind.

    My service advisor, Steve, was very friendly. My wifes car got an oil change and a transmission fluid flush. It was done quickly, and the car drives much smoother. My car needed more attention as it had been leaving drips in my driveway for wlquite a while. They identified the oil leaks and had my car repaired quickly and for a reasonable price. These old cars can be hard to find parts for, and mine even has some old school aftermarket stuff I know nothing about, but these guys took great care of it. I had a wire come loose the day after I picked it up, and the mechanic who worked on it met me where I was and fixed it. I was back on the road in 20 minutes! They do not offer roadside service, and I certainly would not expect them to do that again, but I cannot express how grateful I am that they were able to help me out this once. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to AutoMetrics!

    UPDATE #2. 6/24/2026. Scheduled an oil change with the $39.95 special, and the appointment was great. I was surprised and happy to also receive a complimentary inspection and report on my new to me good old truck. I was told this is their normal way of doing business - if your rig is in for an appointment, a quick inspection is done. What a great surprise and an excellent way to keep owners apprised of potential upcoming maintenance that may be needed. Once again, another great experience. Thank you all for the way you do what you do. ********** FIRST REVIEW. I am so thankful to the staff at Autometrics. They are so knowledgeable and dependable and courteous. They explain things so a non-mechanic can understand what’s happening, do needed adjustments perfectly and give have me a detailed 8 page honest assessment of the issues with my 25 year old truck. They made me feel like they value my business and showed me human kindness and courtesy. I’m looking forward to working with Autometrics in the future. I am very thankful I called and was treated well by competent staff. UPDATE scheduled a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle I was looking at.     By far the best in town! Had my BMW 328d, Silverado 1500 diesel and 2025 Yukon all serviced there and some warranty work done on the Silverado. They took care of it all and offered me a great inspection report as well as gave me a free shuttle home and picked me up when the vehicle was finished. The team was on point with me and others in the waiting room. A+++

    Took them my 2013 mini cooper , with 232,000 miles with multiple leaks and other maintenance issues. They quickly and thoroughly inspected it and provided their recommendations and estimate. They kept me updated on repairs and changing situations and findings. In the end my car is once again is running like new, all the issues were fixed and the cost was UNDER estimate, proving to me they are a rare HONEST repair shop. Thank you Steve and crew. Highly recommend this business.

    I took my Jaguar to Autometrics to have the cooling system repaired among other things. I had previously brought my Audi and my Honda there for service and I was impressed with the service and quality of the repairs. The whole staff Steve, Atticus, and Dallas are great to work with. They are very thorough and communicate everything you need to know in order to make the best decisions regarding the health of your vehicle. I can’t forget K.c. The mechanic who actually did the work on my car. I was very impressed with the repair and the fact he took the time to go over everything with me. He showed me all the old parts and explained where/how/why they failed. If you love your car take it to these guys!

    The mechanics were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle and the issue that I had. They got me in the same day and had it fixed in just a couple of hours. They also drove me home while they worked on my car and then they came back and picked me up when the car was finished. I will be back next time I have an automotive issue.

    I enjoyed excellent customer service over the course of 3 days from my initial phone call to schedule an appointment till my final exit. Dallas asked me detailed questions and then verified my concerns in person. Dylan + Steve provided free shuttle service. Another shop said my battery was fine, but a test here proved it was not. The other shop replaced my battery as it was still under warranty. I anticipated paying for the diagnostic, but was told, "No charge" as they'd only tested the battery." Wow! Thank you so much! Now, once again, I can drive my 2017 Ford Edge Sport with confidence that it will start when I need to drive it somewhere. Another shop might have taken advantage of me, but the gents at Autometrix treated me fairly with such kindness and I am grateful.

    My car broke down just west of Moses Lake on my way to Spokane. This was the fifth time this has occurred on this car. I had it in on four cases to Bellevue BMW. Each time they felt they had fixed the issue. My luck is that the fifth time occurred near AutoMetrics. They totally diagnosed the car and even they could not find the the problem on their first pass. They then went at it again and finally found the problem which my BMW dealer could not do. The car now runs beautifully and I’m one happy camper. These guys know what they are doing, particularly Atticus. I now wish they were closer to where I live.

    Steve was great, went in to have my tires balanced and rotated . They did find the small leak at my valve stem . I will check with the place that I had purchased to tires to see if the warranty will fix this. If not I will be back to have that fixed. Definitely recommend and will return .

    My check engine light came on 30 minutes up the road and this was the only place open at 7 am for an oil change. I arrived a little stressed, not sure I was going to make it to work on time with this check engine light. Steve and Dallas got me in right away promptly, and I was done in 30 minutes! The massage chair, bathroom, and coffee in the lounge are also a great perk to waiting here with speedy and friendly service. This place is a gem! Highly recommend!!!

    First of all, I don't give five stars to a business very often. My beautiful car had a serious issue, and I called them in a panic. Atticus was calm, polite, and very professional. The original estimate didn't seem out of the ballpark to fix the issue, so imagine my surprise when he called me back and said the part that they needed was less expensive than anticipated, then called me back a few days later to say diagnostics didn't take as long, so they didn't need to charge as much. Have you ever heard of an auto repair place being that honest? I never have. To be fair, I dropped it off and gave a couple of extra days extra before my appointment and wasn't in any hurry, so I didn't feel the need to be a Karen, but every time I talked to them it was absolutely a pleasure. One of the things they needed to do was wash the undercarriage of my car because of a massive oil leak. When I got the car back, the rest of the outside of the car was also cleaned. Sure, it's kind of hard to wash the bottom of a car and not the rest of it, but it felt like a cherry on top of a very good experience. Since this is a used car, I anticipate I may need future assistance, but I will be going nowhere else. Find a reason to go here - - you won't regret it.

    We were stranded about 300 miles from home, our transmission exploded outward from the inside in a really fantastic fashion. Not only did they accept our car short notice, but they were able to look at it quickly and let us know if it was at all possible to recover the car. Sadly, it wasn’t an affordable fix. That being said: the crew here is really friendly, kind and gave us a lot of guidance about how we could navigate Moses lake on a weekend when very little was open. They made a really stressful situation easier, they allowed me to leave my car there while I sorted out how to donate it. The whole dang thing sucked, but this team made a really sucky situation much less stressful to navigate.

    I have a 2015 Subaru Outback. For sometime we were having issues with shifting, especially when we went to pass there would be a pause before the power would kick in and go. We had issues going on with the battery and we had it checked by the battery vendor and they said the battery was fine and was over 90 percent. Some other electric issues were evident as well. We took the car into Autometrics and they did an a analysis on it and determined that the whole problem was being caused by an internal problem with the battery that couldn't be determined by the normal battery test equipment. I had Autometrics replace the battery and all of the fluids in everything from front to back in the whole car. Just after that we went on a trip (over 1000 miles) and the car ran as good as it ever has. I very much appreciate their diagnosis and the work done.

    Dreaded “check engine” light on our 2014 Mercedes Sprinter Class C showed up on our 2nd day of travel from MT to WA. Google searched “Sprinter Van Repair shop” & found AutoMetricks in Moses Lake. Yes! They could check codes on a Mercedes & fit a Class C , WITHOUT waiting! Not always the case! So, happy to find a shop that had the technology & expertise we needed. Diagnostics completed, codes cleared we were back on the road in just a few hours. Great experience, clean crew & facility & final bill was as quoted. Would recommend.

    While driving from Spokane to Seattle on a Friday night at 545pm I had issues with my car and had to stop at Moses lake. Even though they closed 15 minutes later they brought me in and were able to give a quick diagnostic and had me booked in at 7am for repair. In the morning rides were provided back and forth to hotel while the fix was completed and by 11am I was back on the road. (They even gave my car a wash) couldn’t be happier with how everything went on a very non ideal situation.

    These guys helped us every way they could. They diagnosed our issue a full day before our scheduled appointment. They were honest with their labor rates, and didn't even charge us a diag fee when it took them a few minutes to clear a code. They were also very helpful with recommendations for getting our repair covered under the warranty it qualified for. They went above and beyond for us as if we were family. Exceptional service in a town that is notorious for mediocre service. Give them a chance.

    The only place in town I will trust with my Volkswagen TDI! I've taken it to several other shops in and out of town for a noise diagnostic, the first time here they kept it 3 days in an attempt to replicate the noise. The car wouldn't make the noise for them then so they waived the diagnostics fee. Brought it back when the noise got more consistent. Aspen went above and beyond even taking extra time to ensure the engine was cold enough to to make the noise (since this only happens when its cold) without his ingenuity and persistence I would still be without an answer. He is the first mechanic to successfully replicate and diagnose the noise!

    So I'm giving these guys a five-star review. I called yesterday, explained my truck trouble, and they asked me to bring it in around 8 am. I dropped it off today, told Steve I'm a medic with a shift later, and hoped to get it back by 4 pm. He couldn't guarantee it, but he tried. They shuttled me home, and by 10 am—a few hours later—they'd diagnosed the problem and explained the fix. They pushed me to the front. It was ready way before 4! Im super appreciative of them doing that. They were busy and made it happen. They were awesome and now have my business. Thanks again Gents!

    We were on our way to Seattle when our windshield wiper fluid was not working and the windshield was getting frosty. We googled auto shops near by in Moses Lake and this was one of the few open and we noticed they had great reviews. We stopped in and they were able to take a look at the car immediately and our whole family was able to go inside to their beautiful waiting area. The guys checked and found our wiper fluid hose had gotten disconnected somehow and got us in and out within 10 mins. They didn't even charge us!!! We could not have gotten better quality service!     I can't believe how nice these guys were. Came across the state and my kick plate started dragging, but I didn't know that. All I knew was a bad noise was unrelenting. Almost closing time on a Friday, not fully staffed, and they got me in anyway. The only option was to remove it, so they did and they didn't charge me. Highly recommend for this kind of customer service!

    I had some extensive heavy maintenance done on my Ford Expedition as they had recommended during an oil Change. A complete cooling system flush and fill. A transmission flush and fill. A transfer case flush and fill. In addition, they noticed I had front and rear pinion seal leakage and they replaced both. Their shop is clean and well maintained which for me shows good attention to detail. They got everything done in one day as promised. The staff seems to know and understand vehicle operation and maintenance and the mechanics involved in today's cars. They know the different requirements for different vehicles. I will be using them to take care of all my vehicles and I would definitely recommend them.

    I was driving through Moses Lake on I-90 on 4/14/24 and got a flat tire. Autometrics was able to patch the 3/4" hole (a wheel weight off the road pierced the tire) and that patch held for the 3-hour drive back to Seattle, and another four days, until I could get it in for a new set of tires. This shop is well-run and everyone I met was professional.

    I've taken 2 vehicles to the folks at Autometrics and I am a fan of their approach to vehicle maintenance. They use the manufacturer's schedules to base their recommendations, unless there is a failure of a part. Another thing they do which is light years of any other shop I've been to is their written vehicle inspection reports with pictures indicating wear and fluid condition. Also, they communicate clearly via email and text prior to and during appointments, they have a shuttle service if you need one, and they washed my vehicles for free as a courtesy, and all of this for the cheapest oil change I have had in years across multiple states. Can you honestly say you've had this level of service anywhere? I haven't.

However one thing was left different from what I remember abt my car, but it’s not like anything was broken, I would say just more out of place. But like I said not broken so it wasn’t something to make a fuss over and perhaps they didn’t even realize they loosened a piece either. Overall it was a great and fast experience.

    I just wanted to say how great Autometrics was in handling my pickup. My AC was blowing hot and my Check engine light was on. Not only is my AC blowing ICE COLD, but my Check engine light is gone and its remained off since the repairs. The cost to repair was fair and it was finished in a timely fashion. Atticus was a great help up front. He kept me informed throughout the process and was very transparent about everything going on. I will recommend Autometrics to everyone from this point forward. P.S they have a great waiting room with coffee and massage chair! Talk about a bonus!!! Edit - Recently had my vehicle serviced (oil change, cabin and engine air filter). Not only did they accommodate my tight schedule but also sent me a really awesome, very thorough digital inspection report. Can't say enough great things about Autometrics.

    These guys were phenomenal 👍🏻. I showed up with an electrical issue with the truck that I am driving and didn’t have lights for my trailer. They were swamped with work and said that it would take about 3 hours to repair the truck. Found out the entire wiring harness was shot and they (Aspen) rewired the entire flatbed wiring harness. As a DOT driver, I was shut down and they fixed my wiring issue and everything was amazing. I’d recommend them to anyone who has an issue. Thanks guys you are awesome 👏🏻. Airborne brother for dropping a job just to get me back up and functioning ASAP. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸

    I’ve used Autometrics for both my cars and their service is unmatched. Service on the vehicle as well as their customer service. With such reasonable pricing and no repetitive and annoying upsell tactics for superfluous repairs and services, they bring great value to our community. I won’t ever go anywhere else in Moses Lake. Dallas, the service manager is genuine, knowledgeable, clear and concise on the work that is requested and the work that is necessary. It’s kind of corny, but it was like talking to a friend and as an Eagles diehard fan, I’m not a accustom to liking things named Dallas. Great job and thank you so much.

    Honest answer. Can you fix my machine? Could fix it but it's not cost effective. They did not try to sell me on a waste of time and money. Next time will see their work and see if it's 5 star. Looks like it can be 5 star. Clean and functional shop not a lot of high price overhead.

    I have a Jaguar F-pace and I have been taking my vehicle here for servicing. I haven’t taken my vehicle anywhere else. Have been a customer for several years. I appreciate their transparency when it comes to billing and the warranties they provide. Their customer service folks are the best!     I had to have some tires mounted on custom wheels, and because of their size, they required a special machine. Autometrics was the only shop in town that had a modern machine big enough and "gentle" enough to install my tires without damaging them. They turned out looking awesome. My customer was thrilled too.
